SYSO is a registered lead market participant (LMP), designated entity (DE), scheduling coordinator (SC), and qualified scheduling entity (QSE) in ISO/RTOs across the country. The SYSO Network Operations Center (NOC) schedules and manages energy dispatch and maintains frequent communication with the control rooms of these ISOs. The NOC maintains continuous oversight of automated optimization and alerting tools and performs manual intervention as necessary while closely monitoring grid conditions at large.
