Jim is Senior Vice President of Operations at SYSO Technologies. Jim joined the company in the fall of 2021 excited to help grow the team that is leading the charge in shifting clean energy production to the times when it’s needed most. Before joining SYSO, Jim led the Operations and B2B Delivery team at Enel X North America, providing demand response (DR) and distributed energy resource (DER) services to commercial and industrial customers as well as utilities and power grid operators. In this role, Jim led an organization that delivered high-quality results consistently while integrating new distributed energy solutions, promoting a culture of constant progress, and empowering employees to grow and thrive. Prior to the Enel acquisition in 2017, Jim was an Operations leader at EnerNOC for more than ten years where he built trusted teams, expanded operations into new markets, and ensured all stakeholders were receiving world-class service and support. As leader of Customer Operations, he managed programs in collaboration with strategic partners and led the integration of multiple delivery teams. Prior to EnerNOC, Jim worked in the public sector, serving in roles in the Massachusetts Governor’s Office and the US Embassy in Ottawa. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics and Mathematics from Boston College. He is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and a Certified Energy Manager. Jim lives with his wife and three children in Acton, Massachusetts.
